Shipping Cost

Shipping is already included in the product price.

This means there are no extra shipping fees added at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

Delivery Areas

We ship nationwide across South Africa, including all major cities, towns and surrounding areas.

Please note that delivery to outlying or remote areas may take slightly longer than standard delivery times.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within  1-2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 2–5 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Delivery times may vary during busy periods, public holidays, courier delays or unexpected events.

Courier Delivery

We use South African courier services to deliver your order safely to your door.

Please make sure your delivery address, contact number and email address are correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking information, where available, so you can follow your delivery.

Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver because no one is available, they may contact you to arrange another delivery attempt.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery details or failed delivery attempts, we may need to arrange a new delivery with you.
